Ingredients:

Preparing Instructions:

  1. Wash and blanch the black chicken with boiling water, remove any impurities that float to the surface, and set it aside.
  2. Wash the Chuanxiong, Danggui, Shudi, and Baishao, etc and with the ginger, put them in a clay pot.
  3. Add the blanched black chicken to the clay pot.
  4. Add enough water to cover all the ingredients and put the clay pot in a stew pot.
  5. Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 2 hours.
