1. AGREEMENT TO SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

This SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY STATES for Herbal Parade (Sin Kim Foh), doing business as HPSKF (“HPSKF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), describes how we handle return and refund. This Return and Refund Policy is part of Terms of Service (“Terns”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: https://www.herbalparade.com/terms-of-service.

Please carefully review the Return and Refund Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return to us for a full refund or an exchange.

2. RETURNS

All returns must be initiated seven (7) days from the date of receipt. All return items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and label attached.

3. RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, and/or items, please email us at admin@herbalparade.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA) number. You are advised to include the following details stated in your email:

1. Date of purchase
2. Invoice, or Reference number
3. Type of transaction: Refund / Exchange
4. Item, and/or Items in concern
5. Refund Method: Cash / Cheque (please provide payee’s name) / Bank Transfer, and/or PayNow (Please provide payee’s name, bank account number, and/or handphone number)
6. Contact number

After receiving a Return Merchandise number, place the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include your proof of purchase. We will contact you and arrange a time for the pickup up of the item, and/or items.

4. REFUND

After receiving your item, and/or items, we will inspect the condition of you item, and/or items on the spot. We will then process your return on the spot. The refund amount will be the total amount of the item, and/or items. Shipping charge will not be refunded.

5. EXCHANGE

After receiving your item, and/or items, we will inspect the condition of you item, and/or items on the spot. We will then process your exchange on the spot.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
