1. AGREEMENT TO SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

This SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY STATES for Herbal Parade (Sin Kim Foh), doing business as HPSKF (“HPSKF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), describes how we ship and deliver your orders. This Shipping and Delivery Policy is part of Terms of Service (“Terns”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: https://www.herbalparade.com/terms-of-service.

Please carefully review the Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Upon receiving your order, your order will be processed and shipped, and/or ready for In-Store Pickup within 3 days (Orders will not be processed or shipped from Friday, 11,59 pm through Sunday, government public holidays, or off days defined by HPSKF).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

In-Store Pickup
In-Store Pickup is available strictly ON APPOINTMENT ONLY. In-Store Pickup are only available Tuesday through Saturday: 9am to 4pm.

Courier Delivery
We will deliver to all locations in Singapore except P.O. boxes. The shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We will dispatch and ship your order using SingPost Standard, Pickupp, or our own Delivery service.

The delivery charge will be a flat rate of $7.50 for order less than $200.00 and FREE DELIVERY for order $200.00 and above.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

3. MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

If you did not receive your order, but the shipping agent has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible. In order to resolve the complaint regarding the delivery, please contact Herbal Parade (Sin Kim Foh) here.

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is completed. You are to allow up to 21 days for the investigation.

4. DAMAGES

HPSKF is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipping agent. You are to save all packaging materials, and damaged goods before filing a claim against the shipping agent.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We currently do not ship outside Singapore.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Site. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Site without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
