- 20g White fungus

Preparing Instructions:

- Remove the pits from the red dates, wash them, and set aside.
- Add 800ml of water to a pot, along with the silver ear fungus, goji berries, and red dates.

- Add rock sugar to taste and stir until dissolved, then continue to simmer for another 5 minutes before turning off the heat.
- Pour the soup into bowls and let it cool before serving.
