  • Pork ribs, 500g
  • Black Beans, 100g
  • Du Zhong, 50g
  • Dang Gui, 6g (optional)
  • Ginger, 3 slices
  • Cooking wine, 1 tablespoon
  • Salt, to taste

Preparing Instructions:

  1. Rinse pork ribs and blanch in boiling water for a few minutes to remove impurities. Remove and set aside. Soak black beans in water for 2-3 hours, cut Du Zhong into small pieces, slice Dang Gui, and ginger.
  2. In a pot, add enough water to cover the pork ribs, add cooking wine and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
  3. Add Black beans, Du Zhong, Dang Gui, and ginger to the pot. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1-2 hours.
  4. Season with salt to taste before serving.
