  • 20g White fungus
  • 10g Goji berries
  • 8 red dates
  • Rock sugar to taste
  • 800ml water

Preparing Instructions:

  1. Soak the White fungus in water for 30 minutes to remove impurities, then cut into small pieces.
  2. Wash the Goji berries and set aside.
  3. Remove the pits from the red dates, wash them, and set aside.
  4. Add 800ml of water to a pot, along with the silver ear fungus, goji berries, and red dates.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes until the silver ear fungus is soft and tender.
  6. Add rock sugar to taste and stir until dissolved, then continue to simmer for another 5 minutes before turning off the heat.
  7. Pour the soup into bowls and let it cool before serving.

You may adjust the amount of rock sugar according to your personal taste preference. The soup is quite thick, but you can add more water if you prefer a lighter consistency.
