Black Sesame Shou Wu and Pork Ribs Soup for is a common Chinese soup dish Hair Nourishment


  • 500g pork ribs
  • 50g black sesame
  • 20g codonopsis root
  • 20g Chinese knotweed
  • 3 slices of ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil

Preparing Instructions:

  1. Wash the pork ribs and blanch them in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
  2. Toast the black sesame seeds in a dry pan until fragrant. Grind them into a fine powder and set aside.
  3. Rinse the codonopsis root and Chinese knotweed and set aside.
  4. Heat some cooking oil in a pot and add the ginger slices. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  5. Add the pork ribs and stir-fry until they turn brown.
  6. Add enough water to cover the ingredients. Add the codonopsis root and Chinese knotweed. Bring to a boil and skim off any foam.
  7. Reduce the heat and simmer for one hour.
  8. Add the black sesame powder and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes.
  9. Add salt to taste.

  • 排骨500克
  • 黑芝麻50克
  • 党参20克
  • 首乌20克
  • 姜3片
  • 盐适量

  1. 排骨洗净,焯水后沥干备用。
  2. 黑芝麻炒香后捣碎备用。
  3. 党参和首乌清洗干净备用。
  4. 热锅凉油,加入姜片爆香。
  5. 放入排骨煸炒至变色。
  6. 加入适量清水,党参和首乌,大火烧开后撇去浮沫。
  7. 转小火炖煮1小时。
  8. 把黑芝麻粉加入锅中,继续炖煮15分钟。
  9. 加入适量盐调味即可。
